Glenn Industrial Group is a trusted name in industrial services — from wastewater management to vacuum truck services and environmental cleanups. But despite their scale and reputation, their digital presence didn’t reflect their credibility or service offering.

Their site was outdated, not optimized for search, and offered no way to track or convert leads. There was no real CRM in place, no inbound strategy, and no way to connect their field success to online growth.

My Role

As Fractional CMO, I led the full digital transformation of Glenn Industrial Group:

1. Website Redesign & Messaging Overhaul

  • Re-architected the website for modern UX and technical SEO

  • Crafted updated positioning to communicate capability, compliance, and experience

  • Clarified service offerings across key verticals: vacuum services, hydro blasting, tank cleaning, environmental response
