As Fractional CMO, I led a full-stack marketing transformation:

  • Rebuilt the website architecture for speed, clarity, and mobile-first UX

  • Integrated forms and contact flows from website to CRM for seamless ops

3. Email Marketing & Lead Funnels

  • Built multiple lead magnets and gated resources for B2B prospects

  • Created full email nurture sequences: Awareness > Consideration > Conversion

  • Developed ongoing newsletters to maintain top-of-mind presence with clients and prospects

4. Event Support & Client Activation

  • Designed brand experiences and support assets for in-person client events

  • Developed pre-event campaigns and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI

  • Helped turn events into lead gen machines with tracking and CRM workflows

5. Ongoing Digital Growth Strategy

  • Manage monthly growth plans: SEO content, digital ads, and performance reviews

  • Created reporting dashboards with KPIs: site traffic, MQLs, CRM stages, close rate

  • Advising on ongoing campaign optimizations and long-term brand positioning
