My Role
As Fractional CMO, I led a full-stack marketing transformation:
1. Website Redesign & SEO Optimization
- Rebuilt the website architecture for speed, clarity, and mobile-first UX
- Crafted new messaging focused on value, proof, and positioning
- Implemented SEO best practices: keyword targeting, technical fixes, schema markup, and metadata
- Created core service landing pages to rank for flood monitoring, flood safety, and regional service terms
2. CRM Implementation & Automation
- Implemented a CRM (HubSpot) from scratch to manage deals, contacts, and lifecycle stages
- Set up lead scoring, sales pipelines, and automated follow-up sequences
- Integrated forms and contact flows from website to CRM for seamless ops
3. Email Marketing & Lead Funnels
- Built multiple lead magnets and gated resources for B2B prospects
- Created full email nurture sequences: Awareness > Consideration > Conversion
- Developed ongoing newsletters to maintain top-of-mind presence with clients and prospects
4. Event Support & Client Activation
Designed brand experiences and support assets for in-person client events
Developed pre-event campaigns and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI
Helped turn events into lead gen machines with tracking and CRM workflows
5. Ongoing Digital Growth Strategy
Manage monthly growth plans: SEO content, digital ads, and performance reviews
Created reporting dashboards with KPIs: site traffic, MQLs, CRM stages, close rate
Advising on ongoing campaign optimizations and long-term brand positioning
